Who I am

I'm Swapnil. I run GTM at Gushwork: around 4M cold emails a month across thousands of secondary domains, an SDR team, paid, and out-of-home. Founders and GTM operators kept asking me which tools to use for what. This site is the answer I send them.

How tools get picked

Every tool listed here is one I have actually run in production or seriously evaluated against something I run. This is not a directory of 1000 tools. It is a short list with an opinion attached to each one.

If a tool is bad, it is not listed. If a tool is listed, the verdict says where it wins and where it breaks. "Running in production" means we pay for it and it is doing real work in our stack today. "Evaluated" means we tested it seriously but it is not carrying production volume.

Affiliate relationships never decide what gets listed or what the verdicts say. Tools are picked first, and affiliate programs are looked up after. Plenty of tools here have no affiliate program at all, and they are treated exactly the same.
