Dropcontact pricing · euro plans and its waterfall claim

Dropcontact costs €29 billed monthly for 500 found emails. Its own test says it beats waterfalls. See what a second reading of that test found.

Dropcontact is an email finder from France. You give it a name and a company, and it looks for that person's work email. It charges a credit only when it finds an email, and an email it can't find goes back to your balance, says Dropcontact's pricing page.

The short answer

Pick Dropcontact if your list is all in the EU and you want a vendor that sells GDPR handling as part of the price. GDPR is the EU law on how companies use personal data. Pick FullEnrich if you need emails and mobile numbers from one tool. Pick BetterContact if you want a similar tool with a lower starting price.

What each plan costs

Dropcontact prices in euros only. Yearly billing is 20% off and is paid for the year up front.

Credits a monthStarter billed monthlyStarter billed yearlyGrowth billed monthlyGrowth billed yearly
500€29€24€35€29
1,500€59€49€72€60
4,000€79€66€120€100
11,000€199€166€303€253
22,000€399€333€622€518

Yearly prices are per month. Plans go up to 150,000 credits, and above 200,000 credits the price is custom. New accounts get 50 free credits.

Both plans include email validation, catch-all checks and an API. A catch-all domain accepts mail for any address, so a normal check can't tell if a mailbox is real. An API lets your own code call the tool. Growth adds credit carry-over, which keeps unused credits for the next month, and LinkedIn URL enrichment.

What 1,000 found emails cost

The math, on October 19, 2026 prices: 1,000 emails need more than the 500-credit stop, so you buy the 1,500 stop. Starter is €59 billed monthly or €49 a month billed yearly. €59 ÷ 1,000 = €0.059 per email if you use only 1,000 credits.

The math: FullEnrich charges 1 credit per work email, and 1,000 credits cost $55 billed monthly or $49 a month billed yearly. $55 ÷ 1,000 = $0.055 per email.

The two prices are in different currencies. Compare them at your card's exchange rate on the day you buy.

What its "beats waterfalls" claim rests on

A waterfall tool asks several data sources in turn until one finds the contact. FullEnrich and BetterContact both work this way. Dropcontact's pricing page says it is "The Email Finder that Outperforms Waterfalls." That claim comes from a benchmark Dropcontact ran itself.

Agent Jesse Research re-read Dropcontact's benchmark and a second one run by Anymail Finder, in a review published October 5, 2026. Agent Jesse is a product of Floworks, so it is not a neutral party, though it says no vendor paid for or reviewed the piece. It scored each tool on its worst false-positive rate across both tests. A false positive is an email the tool marks as good that turns out to be wrong.

In Dropcontact's own test, the review puts FullEnrich's raw find rate at 57.0%, its wrong-company rate at 11.7% and its real find rate at 48.3%. A wrong-company match is an email for the right name at the wrong employer. In Anymail Finder's test, the same review gives FullEnrich 87.1% coverage.

A tool can look better in its own test. Anymail Finder's false-positive rate was 1.1% in its own test and 15.8% in Dropcontact's.

Which one to buy

Dropcontact sells EU data handling, with GDPR processing in every plan. That is a fair reason to pick it for an EU-only list.

FullEnrich also finds mobile numbers, at 10 credits per mobile. If you need phones, or your list spans countries, start there. On high-value lists, check that each email's domain matches the company you meant, because the review found an 11.7% wrong-company rate for FullEnrich in Dropcontact's test.

BetterContact is the lower-priced waterfall. Pro starts at $49 billed monthly for 1,000 credits, and it charges only for valid results.

Run the same 50 contacts through each tool's free credits. Count the emails you can trust and the mobiles you get.
