Inframail pricing · a flat plan for hundreds of inboxes
Inframail is $147 a month for up to 400 inboxes, the email addresses you send from. At 200 inboxes it beats paying per inbox. Check your send limit first.

An inbox, or mailbox, is one email address you send from. Inframail sells inboxes for cold email, which is email to people who don't know you yet, at a flat monthly price. Inframail's home page says its inboxes are Microsoft-backed, which means they run on Microsoft's mail service.

The short answer
Pick Inframail if you need hundreds of inboxes and price comes first, because one flat plan costs far less than paying per inbox. Pick Premium Inboxes or Zapmail if you want to pay per inbox and add a few at a time. Inbox placement is where your emails land, in the inbox or in spam. Whichever you pick, test it on your own list before the full campaign.
What Inframail costs
Inframail's home page lists three plans, billed monthly.
- Unlimited is $147 a month, for up to 400 mailboxes.
- Agency Pack is $387 a month, for up to 1,000 mailboxes.
- Done-for-you is $797 a month with a 3-month minimum, for 80 .com domains, which are the names after the @ in an address, plus 400 inboxes, 40,000 contacts and 4,000 emails a day.
Bringing your own domain costs $5 a domain, paid one time.
Billed yearly, Unlimited is $111.47 a month and Agency Pack is $293.47 a month. The switch between monthly and yearly is marked "Save 30%". The math: $147 - $111.47 = $35.53 a month, which is about 24% off. Done-for-you stays $797.
Confirm the send limit before you buy
The page lists each plan's price clearly. Its send limit, the number of emails a plan lets you send, is less clear, because one line mixes a monthly figure and a per-workday figure. Ask Inframail for your plan's monthly cold email limit, in writing, before you pay.

What 200 inboxes cost on per-inbox plans
Inframail's own calculator starts at 2,000 emails a day. For that, it suggests 200 inboxes and 40 domains, on the $147 Unlimited plan.
Premium Inboxes charges $3.50 per inbox a month for 1 to 249 inboxes, the same for Google or Microsoft. Zapmail Pro is $299 a month with 100 mailboxes included, plus $3.00 a month for each extra one.
The math: on October 20, 2026 prices, 200 inboxes on Premium Inboxes cost 200 × $3.50 = $700 a month. On Zapmail Pro, they cost $299 + 100 × $3.00 = $599 a month. Inframail's Unlimited plan is $147 a month, so it costs $599 - $147 = $452 a month less than Zapmail. This is our own math, before the cost of domains.
Billed yearly, Zapmail Pro is $250 + 100 × $2.50 = $500 a month, and Inframail is $111.47. Inframail still wins on price by a wide margin.

Test placement by who reads your mail
Mohammad Muneeb posted his agency's own placement test on LinkedIn on October 8, 2026. It sent from 200 SMTP inboxes, which are inboxes on a mail server, a computer that runs email, outside Google and Microsoft. Google recipients got 100% of the mail in the inbox. Microsoft recipients got 37% in the inbox and 63% in spam.
That is one agency's test of SMTP inboxes, and Inframail wasn't in it. Inframail says its inboxes are Microsoft-backed, so the test doesn't tell you how Inframail lands. It does show that one setup can land well at Gmail and badly at Outlook.

Sort your contacts by recipient provider, the company that runs each person's inbox. Run a placement test to Gmail and to Outlook addresses before you send to the full list.
Mailreef charges a monthly plan plus a fee for each email
Mailreef's pricing page lists Agency at $240 a month on a 12-month term, or $249 a month on Agency Flex, month to month. Each adds $0.001 per send. At 40,000 sends a month, the volume Inframail's calculator shows for 2,000 a day, the fee is 40,000 × $0.001 = $40, so Agency comes to $280 a month and Agency Flex to $289.
Which one to buy
Count the inboxes you need. In the hundreds, Inframail is the cheap buy, once it confirms your send limit and your placement test passes. For a few dozen, a per-inbox plan lets you grow one inbox at a time.
