Credits expire after 2 months

The people limit can fill on day 1

Your sending plan has its own limit. An uploaded contact is one person you have added to a campaign.

Instantly's Outreach Growth plan holds up to 1,000 uploaded contacts. Hypergrowth holds up to 25,000, per Instantly's pricing.

So a founder can buy Credits Growth, find 1,000 emails in an afternoon, upload them, and fill the Growth plan the same day.

Phone numbers go to FullEnrich

Instantly lists phone lookups where available, but publishes no credit price for them, per Instantly's plan notes. Do not budget phones from Instantly.

FullEnrich finds mobile numbers and charges only when it finds one. A mobile costs 10 credits. The math: 1,000 credits cost $55 a month, so each found mobile costs 10 × $0.055 = $0.55, per FullEnrich's pricing.
