Swordfish AI pricing · why you see $599 when five seats cost $149

Swordfish Professional is $49 a month billed yearly or $99 billed monthly. The Team plan has team-size tiers, so five users pay $149 a month billed yearly. Plans are subject to an undisclosed fair-use limit.

Swordfish finds mobile numbers and emails for people you want to call. One user pays $99 a month billed monthly, or $49 a month billed yearly. A team of up to 5 pays $299 a month billed monthly, or $149 a month billed yearly.

What each Swordfish plan costs

A seat is one user login you pay for. Billed yearly means you pay for 12 months at once. Swordfish’s yearly toggle says “Get 50% off!”

Two switches, four Team prices.

Why you see $599 first

$599 and $299 are two team-size tiers of one Team plan.

The page opens on monthly billing with the 6 to 10 user tier picked, so $599 shows first. Switch the team size to Up to 5 and the price drops to $299. Switch to yearly billing and it drops to $149.

$299 shows up twice. On monthly billing it is Team for up to 5 users. On yearly billing it is Team for 6 to 10 users. Check both switches before you compare.

“Unlimited” is subject to fair use

Swordfish’s page says “Unlimited prospecting. No credits.” Each plan also links to the words “Subject to fair use”.

Swordfish’s terms say Professional is usage “without a fixed numerical cap but remains fully subject to this Fair Use Policy.” For Team plans, the terms say larger fair-use limits are set at Swordfish’s discretion and “are not publicly disclosed.” The API is only for approved Team plans, case by case.

So nobody outside Swordfish can tell you the number of lookups a plan covers. Ask Swordfish for the limit in writing before you pay for a year.

The same 100 mobiles three ways

A mobile number is a person’s cell phone. A credit is the unit FullEnrich and AI Ark spend on each find.

The math: on October 22, 2026 prices, for one recruiter who needs 100 mobile numbers a month:

  • FullEnrich Pro: 100 × 10 = 1,000 credits, which is the $55 a month plan billed monthly, or $49 a month billed yearly. You pay credits only for numbers it finds.
  • Swordfish Professional: $99 billed monthly, or $49 a month billed yearly, if the fair-use limit covers 100 numbers.
  • AI Ark: 100 × 5 = 500 credits, inside the $49 a month plan billed monthly, with 4,500 credits left for other lookups.

Billed yearly, Swordfish Professional and FullEnrich Pro both cost $49 a month at this volume. FullEnrich’s yearly credits roll over for 12 months, so a slow month isn’t lost.
