InboxKit pricing · $3.00 a mailbox a month, or $2.50 billed yearly

InboxKit costs $3.00 per mailbox a month billed monthly, or $2.50 billed yearly, plus domain fees. See the math and when Premium Inboxes fits better.

The short answer

Pick InboxKit if you need a few mailboxes and want one flat price as you grow. A mailbox is one email account you use to send cold email. Cold email is mail sent to people who never asked for it.

InboxKit costs $3.00 per mailbox a month billed monthly, or $2.50 per mailbox a month billed yearly. There is no minimum order. Google and Microsoft mailboxes cost the same.

InboxKit suits smaller sending volumes. If you plan to run hundreds or thousands of mailboxes, read the Premium Inboxes section below.

What a domain costs

A domain is the web address your mail comes from, such as yourcompany.co. InboxKit sells these alongside mailboxes.

A pre-warmed domain has already been sending mail for a while, so new mail lands better. InboxKit charges a one-time fee from $12.50 for each one.

The math

The math: ten mailboxes at $3.00 a month billed monthly comes to $30 a month billed monthly.

Billed yearly, the same ten mailboxes cost $25 a month instead of $30 a month billed monthly. The per-mailbox rate drops from $3.00 to $2.50 once you pick yearly billing.

Google versus Microsoft mailboxes

Google and Microsoft mailboxes cost the same at InboxKit: $3.00 per mailbox a month billed monthly, or $2.50 per mailbox a month billed yearly. Pick whichever provider your prospects trust more in their inbox. The price does not change either way.

When Premium Inboxes fits better

Premium Inboxes suits larger sending volumes. Paid every 4 weeks, it costs $3.50 per inbox for 1 to 249 inboxes, $3.00 per inbox for 250 to 1,249 and $2.80 per inbox for 1,250 or more. Billed yearly, the same bands cost $35, $30 and $28 per inbox a year. Ask Premium Inboxes whether domains come with your plan.

If you run a handful of mailboxes, InboxKit’s flat price, $3.00 a month billed monthly or $2.50 a month billed yearly, is the simpler buy. The math: every 4 weeks means 13 bills a year. Under 250 inboxes, Premium Inboxes is 13 × $3.50 = $45.50 per inbox a year, against 12 × $3.00 = $36 on InboxKit billed monthly. Billed yearly, InboxKit is 12 × $2.50 = $30 per mailbox a year, the same as Premium Inboxes from 250 to 1,249. At 1,250 or more, Premium Inboxes billed yearly costs less at $28 per inbox a year.
