Instantly promo code · what actually lowers the price

We found no public Instantly promo code on its own pages. Yearly billing saves 10%, and the free trial costs $0. Starter is $85 billed monthly.

We found no public promo code on Instantly's own pages on October 20, 2026. We checked its pricing page and its inbox placement page, which sells tests that show if your emails land in the inbox or in spam. Coupon sites list codes, but none of them come from Instantly.

The short answer

Start on the free trial, which costs $0. If you keep Instantly, pay yearly, because yearly billing saves 10%. Pick Starter if you send up to 5,000 emails a month. Pick Scale if you send up to 125,000. Pick Agency if you send up to 500,000.

What the free trial covers

Cold email is email to people who don't know you yet. Instantly is a sequencer, the tool that sends your cold email steps over several days. Its free trial lasts 14 days and needs no card. A campaign is a set of emails you send to a list of people. A lead is one person you add to a campaign. A credit is what Instantly spends when it finds a lead for you or fills in a lead's details, like a work email. An inbox placement test sends a test email to seed inboxes, which are test addresses at providers like Gmail and Outlook, and shows if it lands in the inbox or in spam. You can run a real test campaign in those 14 days before you pay anything. When the trial ends without a plan, you lose the dashboard, the screen where you run Instantly, and the account is deleted.

What each plan costs

Instantly has three paid plans, Starter, Scale and Agency, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Warmup sends small, safe emails so a new inbox looks normal before cold email goes out. Every paid plan includes unlimited email accounts and warmup. Instantly pricing has the full table of prices and limits.

Each plan caps uploaded contacts, the people you add to Instantly to email. Starter allows 1,000, Scale 25,000 and Agency 100,000.

How much yearly billing saves

Instantly's plans have a monthly and yearly toggle, a switch between the two prices, marked "Save 10%". That is the only discount Instantly shows.

The math: on October 20, 2026 prices, Starter costs $85 × 12 = $1,020 a year billed monthly, against $918 billed yearly. $1,020 - $918 = $102 saved.

Scale costs $265 × 12 = $3,180 billed monthly, against $2,856 billed yearly, so you save $324. Agency costs $772 × 12 = $9,264 billed monthly, against $8,340 billed yearly, so you save $924.

Yearly billing means you pay for 12 months up front. Use the free trial first, so you only commit once you know the plan fits.

Buy the plan your send count needs

The plans step up by sends and contacts. A team sending 4,000 emails a month to 800 people fits Starter. Buying Scale for that list pays for 125,000 sends when you use 4,000.

Count last month's sends and the people in your active campaigns. Pick the smallest plan that covers both.

Inbox Placement is a second bill

Inbox Placement is a separate add-on, an extra product you can buy, with its own plan names, apart from Starter, Scale and Agency. Its Growth plan gives you unlimited one-time tests, and Hypergrowth adds unlimited automated tests. The inbox placement page showed no price for either on October 21, 2026. The inbox placement page gives you 2 free tests to start, with no card needed.

Check how replies were counted

A reply rate is the share of emails that get a reply. Reply rates depend on how replies are counted. Belkins' 2026 study, updated June 26, 2026, counted each person's reply once, left out auto-replies (automatic messages like out-of-office notes), and got 0.45% across 7,530,489 emails sent in 2025. Instantly's Cold Email Benchmark Report 2026, updated January 2026, counted every reply, including replies to follow-ups (the later emails in a sequence), and got 3.43% across its platform in 2025. The Instantly number is more than 7 times higher.

The math: 3.43% ÷ 0.45% = about 7.6. Out of 1,000 emails, 0.45% is about 5 replies and 3.43% is about 34.

Before you compare a number, ask how the replies were counted. Belkins sells outbound services, which means it does cold outreach for other companies. Instantly sells a sequencer.
