Prospeo pricing · the “$37/mo” label is $36.75 a month, billed yearly

Prospeo advertises “$37/mo” for its Starter plan. That number is the $441 a year bill divided by 12, or $36.75 a month billed yearly. Pick Prospeo if a team uses its full credit allowance. Pick FullEnrich if a month runs light. See the math.

The short answer

Prospeo finds verified emails and direct mobile numbers for sales and growth teams, billed against a monthly credit allowance. Pick Prospeo if a team spends close to its full credit allowance every month. A credit is a unit you spend to find one piece of contact data, such as one verified business email. A direct mobile number reaches the actual person instead of a shared company switchboard. It costs 10 credits on Prospeo and includes that person’s email.

Prospeo’s price list shows $49 crossed out next to “$37” and the letters “/mo” under its Starter plan. That $37 is not a separate, cheaper monthly plan. It is the plan’s $441 a year billed yearly price, divided by 12 months. Do that division and the real number is $36.75 a month, a little under the figure printed on the page. Call that kind of number an annualized monthly rate, a once a year charge divided into twelve equal, monthly looking slices, so it sits next to a true month to month price on the same page.

A search for Prospeo pricing already shows an AI Overview, Google’s generated answer box at the top of a results page, stating the $49, $441 and $37 figures. Those numbers match Prospeo’s own page, but the summary never explains what the $37 actually is. It is a yearly charge wearing a monthly costume.

Pick FullEnrich instead if a team’s monthly use swings low or stays unpredictable, since FullEnrich charges per credit used instead of selling a flat monthly allowance.

What Prospeo actually charges

Prospeo sells four plans, each priced per user.

Free costs $0 a month billed monthly, with 100 credits a month and no card required.

Starter costs $49 a month billed monthly, or $441 a year billed yearly, which Prospeo displays as “$37/mo”. The yearly plan loads 24,000 credits a year, which comes to 2,000 credits a month.

Growth costs $99 a month billed monthly, or $888 a year billed yearly, displayed as “$74/mo”. It loads 60,000 credits a year, 5,000 a month.

Pro costs $249 a month billed monthly, or $2,241 a year billed yearly, displayed as “$187/mo”. It loads 180,000 credits a year, 15,000 a month.

One credit buys one verified business email on every paid plan. A direct mobile number costs 10 credits on every plan too. Unused credits expire when the plan renews. A slow month wastes whatever credits go unused, though the cash still leaves the account either way. An export that finds no email costs 0 credits.

FullEnrich, the pick for a light or uneven month, charges $0.055 per credit used, with no plan credits bought ahead of time. A verified email takes 1 credit, or $0.055. A direct mobile number takes 10 credits, or $0.55.

BetterContact’s Starter plan costs $15 a month billed monthly for 200 credits. A mobile number costs 10 credits on that plan, the same as on Prospeo, and an email costs 1 credit.

The math

The math: $441 ÷ 12 = $36.75 a month, 25 cents under the “$37/mo” figure Prospeo prints on its own page. Prospeo’s Pro plan rounds the same way: $2,241 ÷ 12 = $186.75 a month. Prospeo prints $187 on its own page.

At full use of the Starter plan, $49 a month billed monthly buys 2,000 credits, so $49 ÷ 2,000 = $0.0245 per credit. A verified email, at 1 credit, costs that same $0.0245. A direct mobile number, at 10 credits, costs 10 × $0.0245 = $0.245 per mobile number on Prospeo. FullEnrich’s flat $0.055 per credit charges $0.55 per mobile number for the same lookup, so Prospeo prices lower per credit on both an email and a mobile number once a team uses close to its full monthly allowance.

Now picture a light month: 300 verified emails plus 20 direct mobile numbers. 300 verified emails use 300 credits. 20 × 10 = 200 credits for the mobile numbers. 300 + 200 = 500 credits of work. On Prospeo’s Starter plan, billed monthly, that light month still costs the full $49 a month, because the 2,000 credit allowance is one flat charge. It does not bill per credit used. A team on that plan pays $49 whether it uses 500 credits or all 2,000. The leftover 1,500 credits expire unused. On FullEnrich, 300 × $0.055 = $16.50 for the emails, and 20 × $0.55 = $11 for the mobile numbers. $16.50 + $11 = $27.50 a month, cheaper than Prospeo’s flat $49 a month at this lighter volume.

When each plan wins

A team that reliably spends close to 2,000 credits a month gets a lower per credit price on Prospeo’s Starter plan than on FullEnrich’s flat rate. A team with a lighter or less predictable month gets a better deal on FullEnrich, since it never charges for a credit allowance that goes unused.

BetterContact’s Starter plan charges a flat $15 a month billed monthly for 200 credits, so a mobile number works out to $0.75 at full use, $15 ÷ 20 mobiles. That costs more per number than Prospeo’s Starter plan or FullEnrich’s metered rate.

Datagma uses a different credit model for phone numbers. It prices a catch-all email, an address that accepts mail for an entire domain without confirming one exact person, at zero credits. It prices a verified mobile number at 30 credits.

What to do next

Count the verified emails and direct mobile numbers a team pulls in an average month. Compare that number against Prospeo’s 2,000 credit Starter allowance before paying $49 a month billed monthly, or $441 a year billed yearly, for it. If the count swings low some months, FullEnrich’s metered $0.055 per credit rate protects against paying for credits that go unused.
