GTM MCP servers · find, enrich and send from Claude

An MCP server is a small add-on that lets an AI assistant like Claude use another tool for you, so you can find people, get their phone numbers and add them to an email campaign from one chat. Pick FullEnrich for mobile numbers, Apollo for finding people and sending from one login, and Smartlead if you want Claude to…

our pick for you

Instantly wins if your campaigns already run in Instantly and you want Claude to manage them. Smartlead wins if you want Claude to ask before it sends an email or deletes data. FullEnrich wins if you need mobile numbers and want to pay only when one is found. Apollo wins if you want to find people and email them from one login, even on a free Claude account. AI Ark wins if you build lists and want the lowest price per lookup. Firecrawl wins if you already pay for Firecrawl and want people data on the same credits.

  • A connector is a ready-made link that adds a tool to Claude in a few clicks. You sign in to the tool and approve access.
  • A credit is the unit a tool charges in. On FullEnrich a mobile number is 10 credits, and you pay nothing when it finds nothing.
  • An API key is a long password that lets another app act on your account. Some servers ask for one, and some let you sign in through a browser.
  • AI Ark always puts your API key in the server’s web address, and Smartlead’s Claude Desktop setup does too. Treat that address like a password.
  • Some servers only search a vendor’s help docs. Instantly’s server at developer.instantly.ai answers questions about Instantly and can’t touch your campaigns.
  • If a send request times out, the first try may have worked. A retry can send the same emails twice, so turn on approval for sends.
  • FullEnrich’s Claude connector needs a paid Claude plan, Pro or Max. Apollo’s works on any Claude plan, including the free one.
  • The math: on October 26, 2026 prices, 50 people and their mobiles on FullEnrich cost up to 512.5 credits, about $28 of Pro’s $55 a month billed monthly.

What one job costs · 50 sales leaders with mobile numbers

The math: on October 26, 2026 prices, to find 50 VPs of Sales, get their mobile numbers and add them to an email campaign:

  • FullEnrich: the search preview is free. Exporting 50 people is 50 × 0.25 = 12.5 credits. Mobiles are up to 50 × 10 = 500 credits, charged only when found. That is up to 512.5 credits, about $28 at Pro’s $0.055 a credit, on the $55 a month plan billed monthly.
  • Firecrawl: Apollo people search is 0 credits. FullEnrich mobiles are 50 × 175 = 8,750 credits. On Standard, $83 a month billed yearly for 100,000 credits, that share is worth about $7.26 if you use the rest of the credits. This uses Firecrawl’s own October 18 price list.
  • Sending: the email tool is a fixed monthly cost. Smartlead Base is $39 a month billed monthly. The finding and mobiles are the part that changes with each job.

Some servers only answer questions about the tool

Instantly, FullEnrich and Smartlead each run a docs server that searches their help pages. It can answer “how do I” questions. It can’t read or change your campaigns.

When you set up a server, check that it connects to your account. Instantly’s account server lives at mcp.instantly.ai.

Where your API key goes

Instantly recommends sending the API key in a header so it stays out of server logs. Its docs say to put the API key in the web address only if your app can’t set headers.

AI Ark’s setup always puts the API key in the server’s web address. Smartlead’s Claude Desktop setup does the same.

A web address with an API key in it can end up in config files, screenshots and logs. Keep those files private, and make a new API key if one leaks.

Turn on approval before an assistant sends

Nripanka Das (@DasNripanka) wrote on X on August 17, 2026: “The risky edge case is Claude retrying the Smartlead MCP call after a timeout: the first launch may have succeeded even if the response was lost.”

A retry can send the same campaign twice. Smartlead’s connector asks you to confirm before it sends or deletes. Apollo lets you set each action to Approval required, and it recommends that for any action that spends credits.

Does Instantly have an MCP server?▾

Yes. Instantly’s MCP server needs an API v2 key, which you make under Settings, Integrations, API Keys.

Can Claude send cold emails through Smartlead?▾

Yes, after you confirm. Smartlead’s Claude connector asks before it sends an email or deletes data.

Which sales tools work with Claude?▾

Instantly, Smartlead, FullEnrich, Apollo, AI Ark and Firecrawl all have MCP servers. FullEnrich’s Claude connector needs Claude Pro or Max, and Apollo’s works on any Claude plan.

Do MCP actions use credits?▾

Yes, when the action finds or exports data. FullEnrich previews searches for free and charges 0.25 credit per exported contact. Apollo says some of its actions spend credits.

Is it safe to put an API key in an MCP web address?▾

It works, but the address can end up in logs and screenshots. Use a header or a browser sign-in when the tool allows it, and treat any address with an API key in it like a password.

what to do next

Pick the one job you want Claude to do first: find people, get mobiles or send. For mobiles, connect FullEnrich from a Claude Pro or Max account and use its 50 free credits. For search and sequences on any Claude plan, connect Apollo. To send with a confirm step, connect Smartlead. If your campaigns already run in Instantly, make an API v2 key and add its server. For lists, try AI Ark, and for people data on Firecrawl credits, use Firecrawl. Run it first on a small test list before you let it touch live campaigns.
