GMass says unlimited. Google still caps the day
GMass adds no send cap of its own. Google still limits regular Gmail to about 500 emails a day and Workspace to about 2,000 a day.
On October 4, 2026, GMass's public counter showed 4.4% of Workspace campaigns and 4.2% of Gmail campaigns hitting those limits early. So unlimited means GMass will keep trying until Google stops you.
Three plans, three different buyers
Standard cannot sequence. Premium sequences inside Gmail. Professional rotates inboxes with MultiSend.
Buying Standard for cold email with follow-ups is the wrong plan. Most cold email lives in the follow-ups, so Premium is the floor for that job. More than one inbox means Professional inside GMass, or a move to Smartlead plus specialist inboxes.
Smartlead unlimited still has Fair Use
Smartlead sells connected accounts under Fair Use. Mailbox caps are 100, 300, and 800. Plan near 70% of the cap so spikes do not trip the policy.
White-label is a separate $29 per client line from Pro. Base at $39 lacks white-label.
Monthly floors on smartlead.ai/pricing: Base $39, Pro $94, Unlimited Smart $174, Unlimited Prime $379.
Auto-Replace vs specialist inboxes
As of September 15, 2026, Smartlead Auto-Replace can detect burning or near-expiry mailboxes, provision replacements, warm them, and swap them into the same campaigns.
That saves time inside the sequencer. Zapmail, Inboxkit, and Premium Inboxes still win when you care about provider mix and per-inbox control.
